Bruce Willis Sells Mansion: Michael Jackson, Lucille Ball And Desi Arnaz Were Previous Owners Of The $22 Million Beverly Hills Property

While many people who move into new homes wonder who the last residents were, the future owner of one property will sleep within the same walls where celebrities once lived.

The Beverly Hills mansion that actor Bruce Willis put on the market on Thursday, priced at a whopping $22 million, has an extensive history of Hollywood superstar owners that includes Michael Jackson, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz.

Willis purchased the 11-bedroom, 11-bathroom property in 2004 for about $9 million, according to TMZ. Willis will earn approximately $13 million from the sale of the Spanish-style home.

The 90210-area-code mansion, originally built in 1928, features a cabana, an outdoor resort pool, a chef's kitchen, a private movie screening room and an extended library. The property takes up just under one acre of land.

But this isn't the only luxury property Willis currently owns.

Willis has two apartments in New York City: an $8.85 million Central Park West apartment and an $11.65 million Trump Place estate, according to TMZ.

The action star listed his Trump Place apartment for sale in February following the birth of his fourth daughter, Maybel.

According to gobankingrates.com, only those who can prove they can afford a $22 million mortgage loan can schedule an appointment to see the property in person.

The website also reported that a 30-year mortgage loan at a fixed rate of 4.110 percent and $4,400,000 down payment will result in a monthly mortgage loan payment of $111,441 for the property's future owner.

Announcements have not been made on prospective purchasers.
