Nicki Minaj Settles Feud With 'Annoying' Radio DJ, Regrets Missing Summer Jam And Disappointing Fans, Possible New Appearance In The Works? [EXPLICIT VIDEO]

The year-long feud between Nicki Minaj and Hot 97 radio DJ Peter Rosenberg came to end Tuesday, though not without a few barbed comments from the hip-hop artist.

The feud began last year during the 2012 Summer Jam concert, where Rosenberg caused the 30-year-old rapper and Lil' Wayne to pull out as opening acts by calling Minaj's single "Starships" "bullsh-t."

"I know there are some chicks in here waiting to sing along with 'Starships' later," said the DJ during the introduction.

"I'm not talking to y'all now. F--k that bullsh-t! I am here to talk about real hip-hop bullsh-t."

This began a year-long feud over Twitter between the pair.

"When the whole thing went down you have to remember I was on the festival stage, not remember we were streaming, all I did was get up and did my regular spiel, which is hype up underground crowds," explained the DJ.

"So as part as hyping up underground crowds I dissed the most mainstream song at the time."

On Tuesday, the "Pink Friday" star sat down with Rosenberg to discuss their tensions, where Minaj admits regretting pulling out of the concert and disappointing fans.

"In hindsight I should have just did the show," said Minaj.

"I've never allowed that to make me let my fans down. And even if it wasn't a Nicki Minaj fan, just a fan in general...somebody that was there that paid to see the show, I think in hindsight I should have just came out because it was my home town especially. They shouldn't have been brought into whatever we were going through."

Still, the crossover artist did stand by her professional disinterest of the DJ, reported The Huffington Post.

"I just don't know your resume. I never found you funny, I never found you entertaining, I never found you smart. I just found you annoying."

But the queen of "barbz" remained composed despite the awkward exchanges.

"It's water under the bridge. It's so long ago. I can't even act like I care anymore. I don't care. I really don't. I appreciate you guys having me," added Minaj.

Hopefully this means the 2013 Summer Jam will show Nicki Minaj return in good graces as fans, and maybe Rosenberg, rejoice.
