On October 30, 2020, ATEEZ released its Halloween special performance video for 'The Black Cat Nero,' giving fans just the right spooky vibes perfect for Halloween.

'Black Cat Nero' is originally a song by Turbo. In the episode of 'Immortal Songs' with Kim Jong Kook/ TURBO, ATEEZ performed 'Black Cat Nero' and achieved its first win. Later, the performance video of 'Black Cat Nero' was released on ATEEZ's Youtube channel.

Turbo is a South Korean duo active in the mid to late 1990s. The duo originally consisted of Kim Jong-kook and Kim Jung-nam. In early 1997, Kim Jung-nam left the group, and Kim Jong-kook later continued promotion with new member Mikey. They became one of the biggest stars in the Korean entertainment industry during their active time between 1995 and 2001 and sold millions of albums and records across Asia. After releasing the 5th album, Kim Jong Kook left the management due to contract expiration. Kim Jong Kook later pursued his solo career. With his visa expiring, Mikey also took leave to New York City to study music under Paul Bay. Turbo released one last album titled "History," revisiting all their hit songs from previous albums and including 3 new songs to end their long career. A music video for "History" was also released, featuring for the first time transgender model and singer Harisu. In 2015, they made a comeback as a trio after 15 years with "Again." The title song 'Again' led to the top of the music charts.

Amid all the ups and downs Turbo faced in their career and their premature breakup, they have always remained hugely popular. Attributing to this popularity is the fact that every Turbo album has been a million-seller. Kim Jong Kook also has a major solo success, releasing 7 albums and winning many accolades, including all 3 of the best artist awards in 2005, a feat which hasn't been matched since Cho Yong Pil did it in the 1980s. Mikey was a part of the K-pop group M3.

Turbo is known widely as being the one group that inspired all idols to pursue this career. ATEEZ also shared that they were highly influenced by Kim Jong Kook's 'Lovable' when they were younger. After seeing their performance, Kim Jong Kook commented, "I was shocked when I saw the rearrangement. It's impressive." LAPOEM said, "We felt in our bones that this is what dancing is. They were able to sing perfectly even in the middle of such powerful dancing." B.O.Y's Kim Kook Heon said, "This is the only team in Korea that could pull off a performance like this."

The performance video served as a Halloween Special for fans, and rightfully, fans have been going gaga over the same. The music video is incredibly high quality with the perfect hair, makeup, and costumes for each of the members. Besides being a homage, ATEEZ still retains its characteristic flavor in the music video, making fans pay attention to their immense talent and skill. Fans could not have asked for a better Halloween gift!
