A Messmer High School teacher in Wisconsin, Megan Garland, was caught performing oral sex on a student in a car outside a high school, Fox6News reported last week.  

This was the second sexual incident involving this teacher and a student in the same week, as the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported on Monday morning that a 15-year-old boy has also come forward with allegations of abuse.

The 28-year-old science teacher has been charged with child sex assault after a 14-year-old boy came forward and corroborated a witnesses account of the Messmer High School teacher performing oral sex on him in a school parking lot on May 23.

According to the criminal report released to News outlets on Tuesday, a witness saw a foggy car slightly rocking in the parking lot of Destiny High School on the night of May 23.

The witness opened the door and found Garland performing oral sex on a 14-old student.

After the witness called the police, they forced Garland to stay on the scene. The 14-year-old victim confirmed what the witness reported to police.

Neither Garland nor the victim attended Destiney High School, they had just both been there for an event.

If Garland is convicted of second degree sexual assault on a child under the age of 16, in connection with the first incident, she could face up to 40 years in prison and fine of $100,000.

A parent, Dee Burt, whose child is friend's with one of the victim's and a student at Messmer High School, told TMJ4 she'd heard students talking about the teacher picking up students. 

"Just shocking to hear about it," she said. 

"That's probably not the only one that's going to come forward. Certain students said they've seen this teacher picking up kids." 

So far, the two students are the only one's to come forward, but the Milwaukee Police Department is encouraging anyone who was sexually assaulted by the teacher to come forward.
