Ngô Ngọc Hưng, better known by his stage name Hanbin, is a trainee under Belift Lab, a media agency jointly established by Big Hit Entertainment and CJ E&M. He is best known for being a previous contestant in the reality program "I-LAND," along with the members of Belift Lab's rookie boy group ENHYPEN. On the first episode of the program, Hanbin performed SuperM's "Jopping" alongside Ni-ki and Nicholas. On the seventh episode, he placed twelfth based on global votes and became one of the final 12. However, he was eliminated in episode 11, thus failing to be included in the final lineup of ENHYPEN.

Even though the trainee failed to debut as a member of ENHYPEN, Hanbin had a solo fan meeting this past October. He is the only "I-LAND" participant to hold such event following the survival show's conclusion last September. On top of that, Hanbin will be attending Big Hit labels' joint concert "2021 New Year's Eve Live" presented by Weverse. He will be the pre-opening act prior to the main event.

Moreover, there will be a MEET&GREET event before the concert. Weverse recently announced that fans can participate in the MEET&GREET. Fans from all over the world can send in stories or questions for any artist under Big Hit labels through the Weverse app. The idols will then randomly pick some to read and answer during the event. The sending of stories and questions will last from Dec. 17 at noon KST to Dec. 20 at 11:59 p.m. KST.

Big Hit's "2021 New Year's Eve Live" will take place on Dec. 31 starting from 9:30 p.m. KST. Don't miss out on Hanbin's pre-opening performance at the concert.
