GOT7's Youngjae recently received a gift from his bandmate Bambam, and he showed his appreciation for the it by uploading a photo via his official Instagram account.
GOT7's Youngjae is currently filming for the Netflix original series titled "I Wish the World Would End Tomorrow." He will play the role of the character named "Sam," who grew up in Australia and is the son of the president of a tteokbokki global food chain.
On Dec. 16, Youngjae uploaded several pictures of himself posing in front of a coffee truck that was sent by his fellow GOT7 member Bambam. The vertical banner beside Youngjae reads, "Bambam Coffee for CYJ (Choi Young Jae) (FLEX)." Then, the banner at the top of the truck says, "Our Youngjae hyung, you've waited a long time, haven't you? Your younger brother is here! Bambam is here!" Under this is a smaller text, "There's only a little bit more left to go, so don't give up. Eat tasty food and go for it!"
In the caption of GOT7's Youngjae's post, he tagged Bambam's account and wrote, "Thanks Bam!" followed by a long string of laughter sounds and "skrrrrrt" with a green heart emoji. GOT7's Bambam commented on the post, writing "FLEX~."
"I Wish the World Would End Tomorrow" is a sitcom that tells the story of love, friendship, and youth of a multinational group of students who are all living together in a university dormitory in Seoul. Kwon Ik Joon, who has worked on numerous sitcoms including "Nonstop" and "Three Guys and Three Girls," will direct the Netflix series. Some episodes will be directed by Kim Jung Sik, who previously worked on sitcoms like "Smashing on Your Back" and "High Kick!"
Apart from GOT7's Youngjae, the chosen cast members of the upcoming Netflix original series are (G)I-DLE's Minnie, Park Se Wan, Han Hyun Min, and Shin Hyun Seung. The production of the new sitcom "I Wish the World Would End Tomorrow" started in September.
In an interview, Youngjae shared, "I commonly watch dramas and movies on Netflix, and I'm truly glad and honored that I can showcase my acting on such a famous platform. I will do my best and show you many charms. I hope viewers from around the world can show lots of love and support."

The upcoming sitcom marks GOT7's Youngjae's first acting project after five years since the web drama "Dream Knight" in 2015. Hence, fans are already looking forward to seeing the idol in action again. Besides filming for the series, the singer has carried out many activities this year.
In April, Youngjae was a special host of MBC Radio's "Idol Radio" alongside his fellow GOT7 member JB. Then in May, he was with Day6's Young K. And from May to September, he eventually became the host of the radio show with Young K. Moreover, the artist lent his voice for the second original soundtrack of the web drama "When My Love Blooms." He sang the song titled "Fall In Love," which was released in May.
