K-Pop fans have another set of tracks to go crazy for in the months to come! VICTON just revealed, on Friday, Dec. 18, that they would be releasing the imminent first full album on Jan. 11, 2021.

VICTON Delays the Release of 'Voice: The Future is Now' Due to COVID-19 Pandemic

Initially, Jung Su Bin, Choi Byung Chan, Do Han Se, Lim Se Jun, Heo Chan, Kang Seung Sik, and Han Seung Woo planned to launch their first-ever full album on Dec. 1. However, VICTON was forced to cancel its comeback plans after the members became secondary contacts of a COVID-19 patient.

Their exposure to the fatal coronavirus pushed Play M Entertainment to let Jung Su Bin, Choi Byung Chan, Do Han Se, Lim Se Jun, Heo Chan, Kang Seung Sik, and Han Seung undergo COVID-19 testing. Fortunately, all VICTON members got negative results.

Despite the affirmative test results, Play M Entertainment required the boys to undergo self-quarantine. The cancellation news, then, followed. The agency stated, in November, that the management has faced numerous quandaries, which include the changes in the schedules after the social distancing level was raised due to the spike in the number of COVID-19 cases in the country.

It was, also, divulged that no fans would be allowed to watch the live comeback performance of Jung Su Bin, Choi Byung Chan, Do Han Se, Lim Se Jun, Heo Chan, Kang Seung Sik, and Han Seung anymore. Instead, those who were able to purchase tickets prior to the postponement can cancel their preordered tickets and get a full refund.

Other important details of VICTON's upcoming comeback event are expected to be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Why VICTON is a K-Pop Group Fans Should Watch out for

For starters, Play M Entertainment launched VICTON in 2016. The group's first EP was titled "Voice to New World," with the carrier single called "I'm Fine."

Less than a year since their debut, Jung Su Bin, Choi Byung Chan, Do Han Se, Lim Se Jun, Heo Chan, Kang Seung Sik, and Han Seung released their second mini-album titled "Ready," with the lead track called" Eyez Eyez."

Devoted supporters of VICTON were shocked when the group released their third mini-album in August 2017 and another album hit the music stores three months later. The boyband's third mini-album called "Identity" included five tracks with its carrier single "Unbelievable" while the fourth album titled "From," contained six songs with its lead track "Remember Me."

VICTON, then, released their fifth and sixth mini albums in November 2019 and March 2020, respectively. The group's "Howling" song received an award from "The Show" in the same month.

However, it was earlier this year when Play M Entertainment divulged that avid followers of the group would not be able to see Choi Byung Chan temporarily because he was diagnosed with a herniated disk in his neck. Seungwoo, also, released his first solo mini-album titled "Fame" in August 2020.
