On February 17, a post by a netizen on an online Korean community bulletin board titled "U-Know Yunho's Precedent Notice (related to school violence)" drew attention from numerous K-pop enthusiasts.

It was due to the fact that amidst various Korean celebrities who are being accused as perpetrators of school violence, the netizen shared a positive story on how the idol stood up for the victim.

The writer, who claimed to be a middle school classmate of U-Know Yunho, said, "These days, there are many cases of celebrities and athletes involved in school violence, and I also forgot about it, but I am writing because I remember the school violence I suffered in middle school."

The writer, who said that he could not get angry even if his friends mock or hit him because of his introverted personality in middle school, confessed how one of his friends in the same class hurt his arm using a knife-like instrument.

However, with his personality, the concept of bullying was brushed off during that time as he initially thought they are only playing.

But his homeroom teacher changed his perspective when he underwent counseling about school violence after discovering what happened.

"I was distressed, and I cried because I was so foolish and even thought of dropping out of school." The stress even added up after realizing how the perpetrator foolishly looked at him after the school violence.

He was decided to drop out of school no until the passionate Yunho came to him.

The former schoolmate described Yunho as the popular idol-like student in their school, but he didn't hesitate to look after him despite not being close friends nor classmates.

He narrated that when the icon saw his injured arm, Yunho asked, "Did he do that? Do you want me to scold him?"As the schoolmate was embarrassed, he only replied that it was okay.

He never knew that those words will change his life tremendously.

The netizen expressed that he decided not to drop out after their conversation, thinking of it as a motivation, and now, he is living a decent life with his family.

He ended the lengthy post by thanking the idol and affirming that he will always cheer on him.

"The reason why I wrote this in the midst of school violence these days is that above all, school violence seems to be important to pay attention to and needs support like what U-Know Yunho did.

I also want to thank him as I was not able to do it at that time. I want many people to know that he was a very passionate and righteous friend."

Along with this, the writer attached a middle school graduation album as proof. Netizens were touched by the story and are even falling in love deeper with the idol.
