Kang Daniel, BTS, and TWICE: K-pop Radar Releases 'Weekly Top 10 Music Video' for the Third Week of February

Kang Daniel beats BTS for the No. 1 spot of K-pop Radar's "Weekly Top 10 Music Video"! Along with them, BLACKPINK, TWICE, and more also entered the list.

On February 23, K-pop Radar dropped their top 10 music video rankings for the eighth week of 2021 or the third week of February.

In the rankings, singer and former Wanna One member Kang Daniel has risen to the throne of the chart! Including him, prominent K-pop groups and stars including BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, Chung Ha, and Psy also secured their spots in the list, drawing attention.

Kang Daniel Tops K-pop Radar " Weekly Top 10 Music Video" + "PARANOIA" Continues to Peak in Various Charts

In the rankings, Kang Daniel's new song "PARANOIA" music video topped the list with 17.87 million views during the eighth week of the K-pop radar (February 14 to February 20).

Kang Daniel boasted his skyrocketing popularity, topping the K-pop radar weekly chart just four days after the release of his new song "PARANOIA" on Feb. 16.

According to K-pop radar, a fandom data observing platform, Kang Daniel's "Who U Are" music video released in August took about 75 hours to surpass 10 million views. However, "PARANOIA" surpassed 10 million views in just 49 hours, breaking its own record.

In addition to this, the steady growth of the K-pop soloist is also recognizable in all areas as well as music videos.

In fact, Kang Daniel was selected as the "2020 Scale-Up Artist," an artist who showed the largest number of followers this year, which was unveiled on K-pop radar last year.

Based on the analytics of K-pop Radar, "Kang Daniel has increased more than 1.4 million Instagram followers in 2020," mentioning that his official YouTube channel has surpassed 1 million views on Feb. 21 as well, proving his fame.

BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, and More: Who's on the list of K-pop Radar's "Weekly Top 10 Music Video"

BTS, who's dominating the weekly charts with their top-notch bop "Dynamite" for 11 consecutive weeks, ranked No. 2 for this week, with 14.83 million views.BTS's "Boy With Luv" made its way on the top 6, too, with more than 7.31 million views.

Trailing behind the group is the newly released MV of Chungha titled "Bicycle" that recorded 12.96 million views, making it to third place. Following them then is Psy's "Gangnam Style," which gained 9.24 million views for the third week of February.

To conclude the list, the two most popular and influential girl groups BLACKPINK and TWICE completed the top 10 wherein the former managed to rank four of its popular MVS.

This includes BLACKPINK's "Kill This Love" (7.54 million views), which ranked No. 5, "DDU-DU DDU-DU" (7.27 million views), "How You Like That" (7.16 million views), and "BOOMBAYAH" (6.45 million views) ranking from No. 7 to No. 9, respectively.

Lastly, TWICE's "I Can't Stop Me," secured its spot at No. 10 with 6.36 million views.
