5 K-Pop Solo Debuts and Comebacks Fans Shouldn't Miss Out in March 2021

March has just started and K-Pop enthusiasts are already thrilled by the fact that there will be multiple solo comebacks and debuts happening in the coming weeks. While most, if not all, fans are aware that their idols are returning to the music scene, not everyone is fully aware of the exact dates.

Fret not because we compiled the list of K-Pop solo artists every fan should watch out for this month!

1. Rosé

There is no denying that the solo debut of BLACKPINK member Rosé is among the much-awaited events this year. During the first-ever virtual concert of the South Korean girl group called "THE SHOW" in January, the co-member of Jennie, Lisa and Jisoo dropped her first solo track titled "GONE." Fans of the "Lovesick Girls" member were instantly caught by the lyrics of the song.

On Monday, March 1, BLACKPINK member Rosé finally revealed in an Instagram post that she will have her solo debut on March 12. So BLINKs, watch out!

2. Park Ji Hoon

Another K-Pop artist to anticipate is former Wanna One member Park Ji Hoon. The South Korean singer-actor will be releasing a special single titled "CALL U UP" on Thursday, March 4, through the recently-launched UNIVERSE app.

What makes the forthcoming new track very special is the fact that PRIMARY produced it and Lee Hi would be singing some parts of the song. With the collaboration of these three artists, "CALL U UP" is projected to attract even more listeners, especially with their unique musicalities.

3. Jessi

Reports stated that Jessi, who is known as Jessica Ho in real life, will be making her much-awaited comeback on March 14. Though the anticipation about her return to the music scene continues to grow by the day, details about it remain scarce up to this writing.

For starters, Jessi was born in New York, but she grew up in New Jersey. At the age of 15, the Korean American rapper moved to South Korea with her family. She made her debut with the single album called "Get Up" in 2005.

4. RAIN

March will also be a special month for South Korean icon RAIN, who is set to release his new album titled "Pieces of Rain" on Wednesday, March 3 at 6:00 p.m. KST. The forthcoming mini-album is said to include a total of five songs.

The chart-topping track called "Switch to Me," which is a duet of RAIN and Park Jin Young, is reportedly part of the album. Sublime Artist Agency, previously, revealed that each song will have tempos that RAIN has never tried before, adding that the concept of "Pieces by Rain" is putting together the fragments that represent the pop star.

5. DEMIAN

South Korean solo singer DEMIAN is set to release his fourth single titled "A Blue not Blues" on Wednesday, March 3, at 6:00 P.M. KST. Besides his brand new track, he revealed that he will be holding a countdown V Live to virtually thank everyone who has been supporting him from the very start.

To recall, DEMIAN made his debut on March 11, 2020, with the single called "Cassette," under Sony Music Entertainment. The idol, previously, shared that he admires BTS member V, Red Velvet member Irene and EXO member Kai.
