New group Ciipher, formed by Rain Company, is gearing up for their much-anticipated debut. Ahead of the release of their first mini-album, the upcoming K-pop boy group excites fans more with a highlight medley.
Rain Company's Ciipher Drops the Highlight Medley of their Debut Album
On March 10, Ciipher uploaded the highlight medley of their debut album "An Ggulyeo" to their official social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and V LIVE. The highlight medley presents a total of five songs, including the title track that has the same name as the album.

The other four singles in the debut album are titled "Solo," "Give Me Love," "Fire," and "Fall in Love." According to the tracklist released beforehand, Ciipher members Tag, Keita, and WON took part in writing the lyrics, composing, and arranging the songs.
So far, new boy group Ciipher has dropped group and individual concept photos for their debut album, as well as the tracklist and the highlight medley. Fans can expect the music video teaser to be out on Friday, March 12. And speaking of "music video," the filming of the MV for Ciipher's debut song "An Ggulyeo" was slightly showed in one of Rain's content for his YouTube channel, Season B Season. Rain even introduced some of the members.
Ciipher's Pre-Debut Activities
Back in December, Rain announced that he will be launching a new boy group consisting of seven members under Rain Company, and it will be called Ciipher. Ahead of their official debut, Ciipher has already carried out several activities with Rain.
On Feb. 6, Rain appeared on KBS's "Immortal Songs" and performed his viral hit "GANG" with his new K-pop group as the opening stage of the show. On Feb. 17, Ciipher had their very first photo shoot with a magazine. In particular, the septet, together with Rain, participated in a pictorial for 1st Look. They also sat down for an interview with the magazine.
During the talk, Ciipher described Rain as a producer. They said that he shows his sincerity in everything and takes good care of them, Rain would even film their practices and watch the videos and examine their moves. They also said that Rain can be strict as a director.
Rain Company's founder also shared during the interview with 1st Look that he wants to help Ciipher make a successful debut and make sure things will go well afterward so that each member can stand on their own in the future.
In addition to their appearance on KBS's "Immortal Song" and 1st Look magazine pictorial, the new boy group Ciipher also appeared on Weekly Idol. The episode was aired on March 3, and Rain was also present at that time.
When Will Rain's New Boy Group, Ciipher, Debut?
Meanwhile, the new K-pop boy group will make its debut on March 15. The exact time of their debut is yet to be announced. Ciipher consists of seven members namely Keita, Tag, Hyunbin, Tan, Dohwan, Hwi, and Won.
Although Rain formed and debuted boy band MBLAQ under J. Tune Camp (a subsidiary of Rain Company), Ciipher is the first male act to debut under the main label, Rain Company.
