On March 11, the fandom data specialized service revealed the reason for choosing the male idol.

Kang Daniel's "PARANOIA" Music Video Gains Outstanding YouTube Views in Four Days
They commented, "Kang Daniel's growth is constantly in progress." They also noted that the music video for his new song "PARANOIA" reached 10 million YouTube views in just 49 hours after it was released last month. The MV even ranked first on the K-pop Radar Weekly Chart (from Feb. 14 to Feb. 20). The "PARANOIA" MV gained a total of 17.87 million views in its first week. What makes this more impressive is that it was only four days before the week ended yet it had the most views on YouTube.

K-pop Radar added that the number of YouTube views for the MV of Kang Daniel's new song increased a whopping 710,000 views over an hour at 8 p.m. KST on Feb. 18. This is the result of having an average of 11,833 viewers per minute.
Kang Daniel Earns More Instagram Followers and YouTube Subscribers
Apart from YouTube views, the "PARANOIA" writer's growth was also seen in various fields. Kang Daniel's Instagram followers increased by 92,825 within the whole month of February, exceeding 4.17 million followers. When it comes to his YouTube channel, he earned about 93,000 subscribers in February, surpassing one million on Feb. 21.
Chart Performances and Spotify Streams of Kang Daniel's New Song "PARANOIA"
Meanwhile, the male idol's new song has been ranking on various Korean music charts since it was released. As of 8 a.m. KST on March 12, the song is at No. 4 on Genie, No. 14 on Soribada, No. 80 on FLO, and No. 181 on Vibe. In terms of the streams of Kang Daniel's "PARANOIA" on Spotify, the track has surpassed three million streams as of 2 a.m. KST on March 12. The male soloist has almost one million monthly listeners.
