(G)I-DLE's agency said to CBS Nocut News that everything the accuser said in the recent post is not true and that it is only a one-sided story of those who claim to be victims of Soojin's bullying. The company added that they will take legal action against the indiscriminate spread of false information and that they will reveal their official position soon.

After they announced on March 4 that (G)I-DLE will temporarily carry out activities as a five-member group since Soojin will take a break from activities, CUBE Entertainment has since remained silent on the bullying controversy involving Soojin. Even after more wreaths demanding the female idol to leave the group were placed outside of the company.

CUBE Entertainment was also unreachable when a Korean media outlet tried to know the whole story about the time when (G)I-DLE Soojin personally met the first accuser claiming that the female idol asked her and her friend to slap each other. At that time, the "HWAA" singer continued to maintain her position that she was never a perpetrator of school bullying, disappointing the accuser as they didn't reach any agreement.

Furthermore, CUBE Entertainment didn't acknowledge the testimonies about (G)I-DLE Soojin bullying actress Seo Shin Ae, which came out after the first accuser spoke up. Seo Shin Ae, who is also a former schoolmate of the "HANN" singer, hinted at being one of the bullying victims through an Instagram story. She even posted a warm message addressed to those who are still suffering due to others' bad behavior, following the rumors stating that Soojin bullied her.
