MONSTA X Enters on Oricon Chart with "Wanted" + Remains at No. 2 on Tower Records Chart
On March 24, the group's management agency Starship Entertainment stated that MONSTA X has entered Japan's Oricon Weekly Singles Chart with their new Japanese single album "Wanted." In particular, "Wanted" ranked 17th for the week ending on March 21, out of the 200 single albums that entered the chart.
In the previous week (March 8-14), the single album was placed at No. 2 on the Oricon Chart. And based on Oricon's website, MONSTA X's new Japanese album was also at No. 2 on the Oricon Daily Singles Chart for March 22.
Although the album dropped from No. 2 to No. 17 on the weekly Oricon chart, the fact that it continues to stay on the rankings since it was released on March 10, which is two weeks from now, is already a great milestone for MONSTA X.

The rankings for Japan's Oricon Singles Chart are based on physical singles' sales. Oricon does not include download sales in the calculations. Hence, even though MONSTA X's "Wanted" is slowly descending on the chart, the Japanese single album still earns a high amount of sales considering that it is within the Top 20.
Other than that, Starship Entertainment also announced that MONSTA X's new Japanese single album remains at No. 2 on the Tower Records Weekly Singles Chart for the week ending on March 21. It also debuted on the chart at No. 2, meaning "Wanted" has extended its record on the Tower Records Chart. The single album successfully stayed at No. 2 on the rankings for two weeks in a row.
