LABOUM might be making their appearance on music shows again with their 2016 track "Journey to Atlantis." This song has recently gained popularity in South Korea, and has since been climbing up various music charts in the country.
Following the belated fame of Brave Girls and their 2017 song "Rollin'," LABOUM's "Journey to Atlantis" was the next track to claim the spotlight thanks to a compilation video that shows the girl group performing "Journey to Atlantis" in various music shows. This same situation happened to Brave Girls.
LABOUM's 2016 Song "Journey to Atlantis" Gets Higher on Korean Music Charts
LABOUM is currently a five-member girl group composed of ZN, Haein, Yujeong, Solbin, and Soyeon. In April 2016, the band released its fourth single album titled "Fresh Adventure" along with an accompanying music video for the song "Journey to Atlantis."

This song has been re-appearing on Korean music charts from time to time because of its fresh vibes, plus its beat is just perfect for the summer season. However, this year, LABOUM's "Journey to Atlantis" is climbing higher than usual. The track, in fact, entered the Top 400 on MelOn in mid-March. It rose from the 309 spot to 253 on March 18.
On March 24, "Journey to Atlantis" reached a new peak on the MelOn Daily Chart. In particular, the track managed to make it within the Top 200, claiming the No. 171 position. It has also re-appeared on Bugs' Top 100 and real-time charts, taking the No. 67 spot.

On March 29, LABOUM's "Journey to Atlantis" entered four daily charts. It was at No. 41 on Bugs, No. 126 on MelOn, No. 128 on Genie, and No. 149 on VIBE. On March 31 at 1 p.m. KST, the song was at No. 40 on Bugs and No. 99 on Genie.
LABOUM Might Appear on Music Shows Again to Perform "Journey to Atlantis"
On March 31, Korean media outlets reported that LABOUM will be taking the stage of music shows again in April and that they will perform as a five-member group. The band released "Journey to Atlantis" in 2016 when they still have six members, including Yulhee, who left LABOUM and the agency in November 2017 after her contract termination.

In response to the reports, the girl group's management agency Global H Media stated that LABOUM's appearance on music shows is not yet confirmed but is currently being discussed to reward the fans who continuously support the band.
Meanwhile, LABOUM's last release was in December last year with a digital single titled "Cheese." Member Soyeon composed and wrote the lyrics for the song. "Cheese" is described as a medium-tempo R&B song with a distinct winter mood. The track served as the group's Christmas gift to their fans since their last official comeback was in 2019 with "Firework."
Global H Media announced in September last year that the group would make a comeback in October with a mini-album. However, LABOUM failed to do so.
LABOUM debuted back in August 2014 with a single album titled "Petit Macaron."
