ATEEZ's "ZERO: FEVER Part 2" has taken the No. 1 spot on Hanteo's Global Authentication Chart for March. Also, the boy group has set a new initial Chodong record for K-pop groups with their latest Korean release.
What is Hanteo's Global Authentication Chart?
Global Authentication Chart is a new ranking launched by international K-pop fans who authenticate their purchase of the artists' album. When fans validate their purchase with the Hanteo Chart Authentication Card (HATS) that comes with the album, the music-related works (albums, merchandise) will appear on the Global Authentication Chart in real-time.

Authenticating the K-pop artists' albums and merchandise through HATS, fans not only protect the copyright of the artist but also receive credit (points), which will be reflected on Hanteo's Global Authentication Chart, as well as in Star Chart. Hence, the rankings of the chart are based on global fans' participation.
ATEEZ is No.1 on Hanteo's Global Authentication Chart for March 2021
On April 2, Hanteo Chart, the world's only real-time music chart, revealed the rankings for the Monthly Global Authentication Chart of March 2021. The data were accumulated from the first to the very last day of the said month.

As a result, ATEEZ's sixth mini-album "ZERO: FEVER Part 2," which was dropped on March 1, took first place thanks to the much support and love from their global fans.
In second place is Wonho with his new album "Love Synonym Pt. 2," and in third place is Super Junior with their latest album entitled "The Renaissance."
Among the global fans who authenticated ATEEZ's "ZERO: FEVER Part 2," the fans in the United States have the highest authentication rate. After the US is France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Russia, Canada, and Hong Kong, which are placed in order from No. 2-10.
Since the chart is based on the active participation of fans in album authenticating, together with the album purchase, Hanteo's Global Authentication Chart shows the size of fans artists have overseas, as well as determines the countries where the Korean acts are getting support from.

Apart from ranking first on Hanteo's Monthly Global Authentication Chart for March 2021, ATEEZ also placed first in the weekly rankings for two weeks in a row. The boy band was also No. 1 on the daily global chart in the third week of March.
ATEEZ Sets New Initial Chodong Record on Hanteo Chart for K-pop Groups
On top of that, ATEEZ has achieved an impressive Initial Chodong sales amount with their latest album "ZERO: FEVER Part 2." The album sold over 300,000 copies, setting a new record for K-pop groups. ATEEZ has also set their best personal record as their previous initial sales with "ZERO: FEVER part 1" only had 230,000 copies sold.
Since "ZERO: FEVER Part 2" was able to sell over 300,000 copies, ATEEZ managed to take the No. 1 spot on Hanteo's Weekly Physical Album Chart in the first week of March. This displays the outstanding growth of the boy group since debuting in October 2018.
Meanwhile, ATEEZ is currently participating in Mnet's "Kingdom: Legendary War," which premiered on April 1. The band's performance on the show was uploaded to the "Mnet K-pop" YouTube channel and has reached one million views within 20 hours.
