What is the Genius Korea Chart?

The Genius Chart is a ranking based on Genius's total page vies and concurrent page views on a song. The Genius charts show how interested listeners to an artist's lyrics and the meaning behind the track. The Genius Chart does not take into account sales, streams, or how high the song charted in other music charts.

BLACKPINK Rosé's "On The Ground" is the Most Popular Song on Genius for March 2021

Occupying the top spot is Rosé's debut song, "On The Ground," released on Mar. 12, 2021.

According to Rosé, "On The Ground" lyrically talks about looking for answers in life. It talks about finding purpose in life. The female idol thinks it is a song that people nowadays can relate to.

"Sometimes, when you are kind of on that roll, you kind of forget to take care of what actually matters to you most," Rosé said in her interview with Vogue. The Aussie idol explains that "On The Ground" is a song that says everything we need is already within it.

"There is no need to go out and look for it."

"On The Ground" peaked at number four on the Gaon Digital Charts and number three on the K-Pop Hot 100 charts. In the United States, "On The Ground" peaked at the top of Billboard's Global 200 charts.

ATEEZ's "Firewords (I'm The One)" is the Second Most Popular Song on Genius for March 2021

Trailing after Rosé is the boy group ATEEZ with their Mar. 1 release, "Fireworks (I'm The One)." The track is prideful and arrogant, with ATEEZ singing about how they are "the one" when they are in the zone and that all their haters are just wannabes who want to be where they are.

The song talks about getting to where they are through their discipline, but ATEEZ also reminds the audience that they have their passions.

"Firewords (I'm The One)" peaked at number 32 in Hungary's Single Top 40 Charts. The song comes from "Zero: Fever Part.2." which peaked at number one on the Gaon Digital Charts.

In the United States, the album peaked at number nine of Billboard's Heatseekers Albums and number twelve on the Top Tastemaker Albums. The album also peaked at number eight on Billboard's World Albums charts.
