After a photographer was accused of taking hidden camera photos of aespa member Winter, the male has announced that he will be pursuing legal action.

Male Photographer Accused of Taking Inappropriate Photos of aespa Winter Plans to Pursue Legal Action

On Thursday. Apr. 15, photographer A released his email=address on his Instagram. He asked his followers to send screenshots of malicious comments and false information being spread, saying that he will sue them.

Previously, fans spotted a male staff member allegedly taking inappropriate photos of aespa's Winter without her knowledge. Though his face was blurred, fans were able to find out the male's Instagram account since it was public information that the girls were posing for DAZED Magazine, and it was revealed that he was the photographer.

Fans flooded the photographer's personal Instagram account with malicious and hateful comments. Many were demanding the photographer release a statement concerning the matter and apologize for the possible harm and damage he caused Winter.

However, he has not released a statement on the matter.

Male Photographer Accused of Taking Hidden Camera Photos of aespa's Winter — Here is What Happened

Back on Mar. 10, aespa shared a behind-the-scenes video of them during the filming of their DAZED photoshoot with Givenchy. At the 8:57 mark, fans noticed how a staff member lingering by Karina and Winter was seen taking his phone out and opening the camera application.

With his phone out, he walks behind Winter and stops for a moment. He is seen looking down at his phone as he does. He is seen walking away from the two after a moment, putting his phone in his pocket.

After a fan shared a clip to Twitter, fans immediately started mass emailing SM Entertainment, demanding that they release a statement and protect their artists. Fans are also tagging SM Entertainment in photos and screenshots of the incident.

As the controversy continued to make its rounds, SM Entertainment releases an official statement, denying the allegations. According to the company, the staff member is actually a photographer. The company states that the photographer did not do what he was accused of.

They also state that Winter had a fun time at the shoot, and nothing unpleasant happened that would have made her uncomfortable.

The company thanked fans for their concern. SM Entertainment also shared their hopes for no more misunderstandings to occur in the future.
