HYBE to Open Museum 'HYBE INSIGHT' in May

HYBE will be opening their very own museum that will be open to the public in May.

According to media outlets on April 26, HYBE will be opening their very own museum, HYBE INSIGHT, at HYBE's new building in Yongsan, Seoul and will be open for visitors starting May 14.

HYBE INSIGHT is a complex cultural place that will express HYBE's perspective on music in various ways. In addition, it will also be a place to celebrate HYBE's music, artists and fans.

According to reports, HYBE INSIGHT is planning to embody HYBE's new mission, "We Believe in Music," with various exhibitions and varying content, so that the museum's visitors can feel the excitment and aura of HYBE's music.

Along with the various content created by the artists under HYBE Labels, stories about HYBE's music that was created by HYBE Label's artists, producers, and another music creators will be showcased in the museum.

In addition, there will be a part in the museum that has recordings of the artists and fans' greatest achievements, as well as a place where visitors can experience HYBE's music using all five senses are prepared.

HYBE INSIGHT will be in the first and second basement floors of HYBE's new building in Yongsan, with a total floor area of around 4,700㎡. The museum will be accepting visitors through an online reservation system for the safety and enjoyable experience of its visitors.

Those who wish to visit HYBE INSIGHT can reserve a spot through the official website of HYBE INSIGHT, which has been made live on April 26 KST, and a mobile app, which will be made available starting May 3 KST.

In other news, earlier in this month, HYBE announced its merger with U.S.-based and Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings, which is home to world-renowned singers Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, J Balvin and more.

According to reports, HYBE's subsidiary, Big Hit America had acquired 1.7 trillion won ($1.5 billion) worth of shares from Ithaca Holdings, making them the major shareholder. With the merger, both HYBE and Ithaca Holdings hope to further innovate and make history in the global music industry.
