Tim Tebow Rumors: NFL Quarterback Snubs Claims That He's Ending His Career

Tim Tebow is denying rumors that he's ending his NFL career because nobody wants to sign him onto their team, but many footballers across the country aren't so sure that he'll get recruited that easily.

"There's no going halfway with Tebow anymore," former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy told The Inquisitor.

"You either gotta sell out and give him the keys to your team or stay away. Because, unfortunately, there's too much attention for him to be a regular, developing backup like everyone else."

The football celebrity was dismissed from the New York Jets last year after a disheartening season. Although he didn't reach stardom within New York football, he did reach a 8-4 record as a starter in the Denver Broncos in 2011, leading the team to the playoffs that year.

But many recruiters remain wary of picking him up because of his embattled track record with the New York team.

"He's not a quarterback," a National Football Conference scout told The Inquisitor.

"When you look at his run two years ago, when you watch the tape and break it down, he wasn't really doing anything that impressive. He's a tough guy, a great leader, a great person. But he isn't a good enough quarterback to have all the distractions that come with him."

Tebow's father, Bob, denied claims made by a report published by ESPN Magazine that mentioned that his son's career was over.

"You are old enough to not believe everything you hear," Bob told Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

While Tebow has received offers from the Lingerie League, Arena League and the CFL, he has not received any offers from major teams.
