B.I Shares How Fans Have Helped Him Through Difficult Times

On Tuesday, June 1, KST, former rapper and leader of YG Entertainment's boy group iKON, B.I, uploaded on his personal Instagram account a screenshot of a note on his phone.

The note showed what he thought of his recently released solo album's, "WATERFALL," tracks - specifically tracks number 11 and 12. Regarding his track number 11, "Then," B.I asked what was so pretty about a guy like him that people from near and far continue to cheer for him, worry, and comfort him with sincerity that is difficult to find these days.

"You protected me from the stones that were thrown at me. Instead of giving you ambiguous love, allow me to promise to be loyal to you," said B.I. He added that thanks to those who have supported him even during difficult times, he felt that he wanted to take a step forward again.

For his track number 12 titled "Rebirth," B.I simply said, "I just missed you."

Back on June 12, 2019, B.I announced that he would be taking a hiatus from the entertainment industry after being embroiled in a drug controversy, simultaneously leaving YG Entertainment and iKON. According to reports made by Dispatch, the former iKON member had attempted to purchase illegal marijuana and LSD back in 2016. Subsequently, B.I had tested negative for any illegal drugs in his system.
