South Korean Women Want a Body Like BLACKPINK Jennie's After COVID-19 Dieting
Job Korea and Albamon recently collaborated and held a survey regarding weight and diet changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The platform surveyed 1,791 adult men and women in their 20s and older. The survey uncovered that 65.5% of people had gained weight during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Of the respondents who gained weight, 41.4% said they gained 4 to 5 kilograms. 29.8% stated that they gained less than 3 kilograms, while 13.6% revealed they gained between 6 to 7 kilograms. 6.2% gained 8 to 9 kilograms, while 8.9% gained 10 kilograms or more.
23.2% of respondents said they saw no change, while 11.3% stated they lost weight.
For those who gained weight, they were asked which body they would want to resemble after a successful diet. Among South Korean women, BLACKPINK member Jennie was the most popular. With men, it was soloist Rain.

93.4% of people who gained weight stated they were or will be going on a diet. Within that 93.4%, 84.1% said that they plan to control what they eat, while 67.6% stated that they would do at-home exercises and running.
For a body like BLACKPINK's Jennie, avoid eating salty foods and drink lots of water. Jennie often drinks lots of green and fresh juices while on tour to keep her body fit and healthy. Jennie is strict in sticking to portion sizes and is not easily swayed by sweets or other yummy treats.

Jennie's go-to diet food is avocado salad and detox water. In terms of exercising, Jennie is known to love sports. She often shares photos of her in pilates on Instagram and likes working out whether or not she has activities scheduled.
The idol has stated in the past that she loses weight by exercise rather than by following a certain diet. Talk about dedication!
People who claimed that they gained weight gave numerous reasons as to why. 71.7% of people stated they often ate fast food or delivery food. 58.9% of people claimed they moved less than usuals, while 31.2% revealed that they do not go to gyms due to the risk of infection. 12.8% stated that they drank more alcohol and had parties at home.

On May 18, Jennie was named the face of Calvin Klein's 2021 Spring Collection, "Drop 02." The collection is in collaboration with Heron Preston.
