BTS Reportedly Making Comeback in July with New Album + Big Hit Music Responds
According to SPO TV News, on June 9, KST, BTS will be making a comeback with a new album on July 9, KST.
BTS, who recently released their second all-English digital single, "Butter," last May 21, held a global press conference on the same day of the song's release to commemorate the new song and answer questions by the public. During the global press conference, BTS revealed that they are currently concentrating on their new album, which is expected to be released this summer.
Since then, there is rising anticipation for the K-Pop superstars' return with a new album and a new set of songs.

In light of the reports of BTS making a comeback, the group's label, Big Hit Music, has released a statement to media outlet Newsen to address the rumor. "We finalize our artists' schedules first before it is revealed," said Big Hit Music.

BTS' "Butter" Spends Its Second Week on Billboard's Hot 100 at No.1
On June 7 local time, Billboard announced on its official social media account the songs that have made it into Hot 100, a Billboard chart that ranks the most popular songs in the United States every week. Taking the number one spot is none other than BTS' "Butter" in its second week in a row after it made its debut on the chart at No.1 last June 1.
This marks BTS' second song after their first all-English song, "Dynamite," which was released in August 2020, to snag the No.1 spot for weeks in a row. Previously, "Dynamite" had spent its time at the top spot for a total of three weeks, with two weeks in a row after making its debut on the Hot 100 chart.

Hot 100 isn't the only chart BTS is making waves in. "Butter" is smoothly continuing its weeks at No.1 on Billboard's Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S charts. In addition, "Butter" has also topped the Digital Songs Sales chart in its second week in a row, while the song went from No.4 to No.10 on the Streaming Songs chart and rose seven spots from No.39 to No.32 on the Radio Songs chart.
Meanwhile, "Butter" garnered 19.1 million U.S streams and has sold 140,200 downloads in the week of June 3, seeing a 41 percent and 42 percent drop from the previous week. "Butter" also garnered 22.4 million radio airplay audience impressions in the week of June 6, going up by 24 percent.
BTS' remixes for "Butter," such as the "Hotter Remix" and "Cooler and Sweeter Remix," will also be reflected on the next week of Hot 100.
