On Mnet's "TMI News," which aired on June 9, the program episode revealed the best idol agency buildings.
Undoubtedly, the "BIG 3" entertainment companies (SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, and JYP Entertainment) dominated the top 3!
Along with the trio, a one-man agency including Kang Daniel's KONNECT also entered the rankings!
KONNECT, HYBE, DSP are the Best Idol Agency Buildings, According to TMI News
The 14th place in the rankings is Kang Daniel's KONNECT Entertainment. Despite him being both the only artist and CEO of the company, KONNECT comprises of 7-8-story in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, as a whole.
The building has an actual transaction price of 3.8 billion won in 2015, with a deposit of 300 million won and a monthly rent of 25 million won. It boasts incredible cafés on the first floor, goods zones, recording rooms and practice rooms, and a cashier-free canteen.
As for 11th place, Brave Entertainment - which manages Brave Girls - secured the spot. The Brave Brothers purchased the site of the new building for 6.4 billion won, while Park Jong Bok, a real estate expert, estimated the current market price of 14 billion won if a new building is built.
Coming in 10th place is the global Entertainment HYBE Labels, which is home to top group BTS. Formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment, HYBE Corporation is founded in 2005 by Bang Si Hyuk.
The building is currently located in Yongsan's large building with seven basement floors and 19 floors above ground, and 11 elevators alone. Even the office chairs were surprising at 1.78 million won per unit.
HYBE Entertainment said, "The deposit is worth 17.144.87 billion won, and the monthly rent is about 1.7 billion won."
The price of the deposit surprised viewers as it already costs one whole newly purchased building.
Moving forward, PSY's P Nation agency ranked 9th. The current market price of the agency building (that consists of facilities to make the album with two basement floors and five floors above the ground) is 18 billion won.
DSP Media also entered the Top 14 at No. 8. From running under a semi-basement, DSP rose to success with the help of SECH SKIES and Fin. K.L. They then moved to Cheongdam opposite to SM building.
Later on, they remodeled a regular house with the success of KARA.
In 2013, they purchased their current building in Nonhyeondong for 5.8 billion won which market price is said to be around 19 billion won.
FNC Entertainment, which is home to CNBLUE, N.Flying, SF9, and more, ranked 7th with a 20 billion won market price. The company has three basement floors, four floors above ground, and seven floors.
MAMAMOO's RBW Entertainment amazingly ranked no. 6!
Real estate expert Park Jong Bok said that if they will sell the agency, it will cost about 21 billion won. The building flaunts two basement floors and 11 floors above ground, boasting a high return without any vacancy in the station area.
Hook Entertainment in Cheongdam-dong then ranked 5th, with a 24 billion won market price.

"BIG 3" (SME, YGE, JYPE) and Rain Company, Dominated the Top 4
JYP Entertainment truly proved its power at No. 4, with the help of TWICE and ITZY's continuous success.
According to the report, the operating cost of the cafeteria, which only serves organic food, is 2 billion won a year. The purchase price of the new building is 20.2 billion won and the remodeling cost of the 13-story building alone is 9.439 billion won, and the current market price is estimated at 36 billion won.
Snatching the No. 3 spot is Rain Company, launched by the legend Rain himself. Its current market price was 46.8 billion won.
Second place is SM Entertainment with an estimated price of 50 billion won. There are a total of three offices owned by CEO Lee Sooman, and the Samsung-dong office is a leased building with a deposit of 3.6 billion won and a monthly rent of 300 million won.
Their Cheongdam-dong office building has a purchase price of 23 billion won in 2015 and a current market price of 30 billion won.
Meanwhile, the Apgujeong office building was only purchased for the price of 2 billion won in 1999 but its current market value is 50 billion won.
The long-awaited No. 1 is YG Entertainment's new building, which is home to G-Dragon, BLACKPINK, WINNER, iKON, TREASURE and AKMU. Its site purchase cost is 36 billion won with a construction cost of 41.683 billion won, and a total of 77.6 billion won.
YG's office building, which has also an estimated 180 billion won market value, becomes the No. 1 agency building in terms of market price and facilities.
