Jesse James' teenage daughter Chandler James was sent back to rehab back in April...and word never leaked until now.

Chandler was caught on video in a drug binge, prompting her parents to send her straight to rehab.

The video shows Chadler inhaling what appears to be crystal meth from a piece of aluminum foil while at a friend's party in Austin, Texas. Sources close to the family say she was also huffing computer keyboard cleaner regularly.

 "It is an open secret here in Austin that Chandler and her friends party hard and get wired," said the informant, who was present during the incident and recorded the video.

"It was getting pretty out of hand. If she didn't get help, who knows what could have happened."

Jesse James confirmed to press that his daughter had been battling drug issues after he found out the video was made.

 "My daughter spent the month of April in a treatment facility getting help for addiction," James wrote to RadarOnline.com.

But, he said, she's already out and doing well., "She is out now and in recovery, actively participating in a 12-step AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) program."

And, he added, she'll have his support. He himself has been sober for 13 years and is in a twelve-step program. And he urged others to get help, too.

"I always see the light at the end of the tunnel. Please do this for me. If you guys gals know somebody that struggles with drinking or drugs or any kind of addiction please just help them, don't judge them. Just give them help," James said on Facebook.

Chandler James is the eldest daughter of Jesse James with his first wife, Karla. They also have a son,  Jesse Jr., 14. He also has a daughter, Sunny, from his second marriage to porn star Janine Lindemulder.
