On June 13 local time, Billboard announced that TXT has landed on the renowned Billboard 200 chart, which ranks the 200 most popular albums and extended plays in the United States per week.

In particular, TXT's second studio album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" has entered at No. 5 on Billboard 200. This is TXT's fourth entry on the chart overall, following their 2019 mini-album "The Dream Chapter: STAR," their 2020 mini-album "minisode1: Blue Hour," and their 2021 Japanese album "Still Dreaming."

On top of this, the album's debut on the Billboard chart marks the boy group's first appearance not only within the top 10 but also inside the top 5 of the chart. TXT joins BTS, BLACKPINK, MONSTA X, SuperM, and NCT 127 as the only Korean act to enter the top 5 of Billboard 200.

"The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" is now TXT's newest highest-charting album on Billboard 200. Previously, TXT had gone as high as No. 25 with "minisode1: Blue Hour" on Billboard 200, dated Nov. 21.

Furthermore, TXT now becomes the third K-pop group in history, as well as the first fourth-generation act, to chart several albums on Billboard 200 in the same year, following BTS and TWICE.

TXT has also extended their record as the fourth-generation group with most entries on Billboard 200. The group has four entries on the chart, so far: "The Dream Chapter: STAR," "minisode1: Blue Hour," "Still Dreaming," and "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE."

According to MRC Data (formerly Nielsen Music), TXT's new album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" gained a total of 43,000 equivalent album units within the week ending on June 10. The album's weekly score is composed of 39,000 pure album sales, 4,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units - which equal to 6.42 million on-demand streams on TXT's new eight songs.

TXT Hits Second Top 1 on Billboard Top Album Sales with "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE"

In addition to Billboard 200, TXT has also made it to the latest Billboard Top Album Sales chart. The group's new album "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" has impressively debuted at No. 1.

TXT has now achieved two No. 1s on Billboard Top Album Sales. The first album to do so is their 2020 mini-album "minisode1: Blue Hour," which peaked at No. 1 on the chart dated Nov. 21.

"The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" is now TXT's sixth entry on Billboard Top Album Sales, following "The Dream Chapter: Eternity," "Still Dreaming," "The Dream Chapter: STAR," "The Dream Chapter: MAGIC," and "minisode1: Blue Hour."

TXT remains as the only K-pop group in the fourth generation to hit the top spot on Top Album Sales. Additionally, "The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE" becomes the first 2021 album by a Korean act to reach No. 1 on the said Billboard chart.

Moreover, TXT now joins BTS, NCT 127, and SuperM as the only K-pop group in history to have multiple No. 1s on Billboard Top Album Sales. BTS has five No. 1s, while the three acts have two.
