aespa's "Next Level" has achieved the longest record of charting on Billboard Global 200 among the fourth-generation idol groups.
Following its release on May 17, aespa's remake song "Next Level" has been ranking on the Billboard Global 200 chart, which ranks songs based on sales and streams from more than 200 territories across the globe.

On Billboard Global 200 for the week ending on July 3, aespa is one of the K-pop girl groups who made another appearance on the chart, with the other one being TWICE.

aespa's "Next Level" secured the No. 104 spot on the Billboard chart. This track has spent six consecutive weeks on the chart.
"Next Level" is now aespa's longest-charting song on the Billboard chart, surpassing their debut song "Black Mamba," which only stayed on the chart for two weeks.
On top of this, aespa's "Next Level" is now the longest-running song by a fourth-generation idol group on Billboard Global 200.
The previous record was set by ITZY's "Mafia in the Morning". This track spent a total of five consecutive weeks on the Billboard chart.
So far, aespa's "Next Level" holds the fourth-longest record to chart on Billboard Global 200 among the K-pop girl groups.
The song follows BLACKPINK Rosé's "On the Ground" with seven weeks, BLACKPINK's "Ice Cream" with 14 weeks, BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls" with 14 non-consecutive weeks, TWICE's "I Can't Stop Me" with 15 weeks, and BLACKPINK's "How You Like That" with 31 non-consecutive weeks.
It remains to be seen if aespa's "Next Level" will be tied with BLACKPINK Rosé's "On the Ground."

aespa's "Next Level" Sets New Records on MelOn
Meanwhile, aespa has broken more records on MelOn, the largest streaming platform in South Korea.

On July 4, aespa's "Next Level" reached 150,000 likes on MelOn. It only took one month for the song to score this milestone.
Because of this, "Next Level" now holds the record of the fastest song by a fourth-generation idol group to attain 150,000 likes on MelOn.
It was previously held by ITZY's "DALLA DALLA," which hit the mark in one year and eight months.
As of July 4, aespa's "Next Level" is the third-most-liked 2021 song by a female K-pop artist on MelOn. It is one of the only three 2021 tracks to reach 150,000 likes on the platform, with the other two being IU's "LILAC" and "Celebrity."
In addition, "Next Level" has the most likes on the platform among the 2021 releases of fourth-generation idol groups.

Furthermore, aespa's "Next Level" is currently the most-streamed song among the 2020 rookie group tracks on MelOn. The quartet also has the highest unique listeners.
As of July 4, "Next Level" has 44.6 million streams. It is the only song by a 2020 rookie group to reach 40 million streams on MelOn.
Regarding the number of unique listeners, aespa has 2.2 million. The quartet is the only 2020 rookie group to hit two million listeners on the platform.
