BLACKPINK Rosé now has two solo music videos with 100 million views on YouTube!
On April 5, Rosé dropped the music video for "Gone," the B-side song from her debut single album "R." The MV has since been accumulative millions of views, and today, July 5, the video has achieved an impressive milestone on YouTube.
BLACKPINK Rosé's "Gone" Hits 100 Million Views on YouTube after Three Months
According to YG Entertainment, Rosé's "Gone" music video has surpassed 100 million YouTube views at 2:08 p.m. KST on July 5.
It has been 91 days since BLACKPINK Rosé's "Gone" MV was released.
"GONE" is in contrast to the bold, confident energy of "On The Ground," the album's title track. This B-side song features minimal arrangement centered on guitar sounds and displays Rosé's emotional side as she sings of a lost love that is the cause of the pain she's feeling.
Rosé's two solo music videos, "On The Ground" and "Gone," both have 100 million YouTube views.

This past March, the "On The Ground" MV reached the 100-million mark and has become the fastest music video of a Korean female soloist to achieve this milestone, being able to do so in about seven days, 15 hours, and 51 minutes.
On top of this, Rosé has become the first K-pop artist this 2021 to have multiple music videos with 100 million views on YouTube.
On the day of its release, BLACKPINK Rosé's "Gone" music video exceeded 10 million views within half a day of its release.
At that time, the "Gone" MV ranked first on the YouTube chart's "Most Viewed Videos in 24 Hours."

With this, BLACKPINK, to which Rosé belongs, now has a total of 29 billion YouTube views across all of their music videos.
To celebrate Rosé's new feat on YouTube, BLINKs (BLACKPINK's fan club) are currently trending the phrase "GONE BY ROSé 100M" on Twitter. As of press time, the phrase is trending at No. 3 in the Philippines and No. 42 on the worldwide trends.

Chart Performances of BLACKPINK Rosé's "GONE"
Rosé's "Gone" is as popular as the albums' title track, "On The Ground." This B-side song managed to enter numerous global charts.
BLACKPINK Rosé's "Gone" peaked at No. 11 on the Global Top 50 chart of Spotify.

Over on the Billboard charts, "Gone" landed on three categories, along with "On The Ground."
The B-side track debuted on the Billboard Global 200, claiming the No. 29 spot on the chart for the week ending on March 27.
According to Billboard, BLACKPINK Rosé's "Gone" had 19.6 million streams and 25,000 sold around the world.
"Gone" also entered at No. 17 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart in the same week. It gained 17.4 million streams and 19,000 sold in more than 200 territories, excluding the United States
Rosé's B-side song even debuted at No. 15 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart in the same period.
