BTS V and Actor Park Hyung Sik Reportedly to Appear Together in Peakboy's Music Video

BTS V is reportedly starring in a music video for Peakboy's new song, along with "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" actor Park Hyung Sik.

According to an exclusive report from Sports Chosun, Kim Taehyung (V's real name) and Park Hyung Sik will give special support for their fellow Wooga Squad member Peakboy in his upcoming comeback. The media outlet stated that this information comes from multiple officials.

Sports Chosun reported that BTS V and Park Hyuk Sik will be making cameo appearances in a music video for Peakboy's forthcoming release.

It is unprecedented for a BTS member to star in a music video for another singer who is not a junior artist in a similar agency.

If later confirmed, this would be Park's first appearance in a music video after four years since the disbandment of Children of the Empire, his former boy group, in 2017.

Kim Taehyung and Park Hyung Sik are representatives of the entertainment industry who have maintained a close friendship after appearing together in the KBS2 drama "Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth."

In addition to this, the "Dynamite" singer and "The Heirs" actor are known to be friends with Peakboy. They are even part of the popular "Wooga Squad."

Recently, BTS V guested on the fanmeeting of "Parasite" actor Choi Woo Shik, together with Peakboy and actors Park Hyung Sik and Park Seo Joon.

The event was conducted to celebrate Choi Woo Shik's 10th year in the entertainment industry and was broadcasted live via the 1theK YouTube channel on July 6. This brought happiness to fans as they were able to see all five members of the Wooga Squad together after a long time.

Meanwhile, Peakboy's comeback is yet to be announced. Last year, he was featured in BTS V's "Snowflower."

BTS V Records the Most Page Views for a K-pop Idol in the First Half of 2021

In other news, BTS V has again proved his popularity after gaining the highest page views for a K-pop idol on Wikipedia.

From January to June this year, Kim Taehyung recorded a total of 3.72 million page views and an average daily number of 25,575 views on Wikipedia.

BTS V is listed on Wikipedia as a singer, singer-songwriter, and actor. From July 2015 to June 30, 2021, the "Butter" singer's Wikipedia accumulated page views worldwide are 19.12 million, the highest among K-pop idols, proving V's global fame.

Moreover, Taehyung's Wikipedia page is published in 39 languages, and among them, the English-language page has the highest number of views within the group, having 7.9 million.

After English is Spanish, Japanese, French, Korean, and Chinese are the other languages ranked in the Top 10 in exact order.

V ranked 26th with the most views in April, 13th in May, and 10th in June. He had the highest number of views among individual artists at that time.
