Fans of both MONSTA X and the Naver NOW program "Late Night Studio" are in for a treat as I.M served as a special host for its latest episode.
The surprise appearance from the MONSTA X member was made memorable as I.M gave out romantic messages with his calming voice. I.M was the special host who stepped in to take over Jukjae, singer-songwriter and the main host of "Late Night Studio," who was unavailable for its July 8 episode.
MONSTA X I.M has captured the hearts of the group's fans, MONBEBE, around the world with his amazing visuals, rap skills, and intelligence - the last he demonstrated during his special host opportunity. He began his episode by humbly introducing himself and promoting his solo album "DUALITY" released last February. I.M then began fan comments with his smooth, low-pitched voice, which he also used to share unique stories and making the fans' hearts flutter.
He also imparted wisdom by giving advice he drew from his own experience in a phone call with a fan. I.M also expressed affection to the fans, expressing worry and concern for the caller who shared about leaving to work late at night.
"After listening to the music, I think I was able to proceed more comfortably," said the 25-year-old singer-songwriter and rapper. He managed to handle the entire episode all by himself. He also shared: "I loved reading, listening, and talking on the phone."
Additionally, by the time that the "Late Night Studio" episode hosted by I.M ended, hashtags such as "#LateNightStudio" and "#NightWorkroom" are already trending on Twitter around the world. It was largely driven by the MONBEBE who heard I.M talk with such a voice, proving the global appeal of MONSTA X as K-pop icons.
I.M, through a statement released by Starship Entertainment, said: "It was a live show that I appeared as a surprise, but I think it will remain a more special memory because it is my favorite late-night time." I.M then extended to the production staff behind "Night Studio" who invited him as a special host, as well as their MONBEBE who stayed with the show until it ended.
