BTS Jungkook Reveal He Wanted to Give Up Because of COVID-19
Back on July 24, BTS made a guest appearance on SBS News' "8 News" for an interview. In the interview, BTS talked about the release of their single CD, "Butter," as well as the release of "Butter" as a digital single two months ago on May 21.
During the interview, the "8 News" anchor mentioned about a writing the youngest BTS member, Jungkook, had written in the "Butter" CD album. "A great number of people are currently struggling with their lives. There were times when I wanted to let go of everything, because I am a human being too," wrote Jungkook.

The news anchor asked Jungkook how he felt about the difficult moment and how he got through it.
Regarding this, Jungkook explained that there was a time he really wanted to let go of something, as many of their plants fell through due to what is currently going on in the world.
"Many of our plans fell apart because of what is happening in the world. Because it was so unexpected, I started to feel lost and even thought about giving things up," said Jungkook.
However, Jungkook added that he was able to get back up thanks to his fellow BTS members and fans, ARMY.

"But for sure, seeing our fans and the members next to me gave me strength again, naturally. During that time, I thought to myself, 'Yes, I have to keep going even in these difficult times. But how can I do that?' It turns out that the answer was for me to keep singing and dancing," explained Jungkook.
Jungkook also revealed that he and the members got together to talk about the current situation, and that's how they were able to come up with releasing "Dynamite," "Life Goes On," "Butter," and "Permission to Dance."

Jungkook was also asked if he had any dreams, to which the "Euphoria" singer shared that there are a lot of things that he wants to do, however, as he really loves working as a performer, he doesn't have any personal dreams besides his goals and dreams as a singer.
"I am honestly very happy with my life right now," said Jungkook.
He also hopes to meet ARMY soon, "I just can't wait until we are able to meet fans again. I can't wait to have a concert. That's probably what my dreams are right at the moment."
