The first-ever winner of "Produce 101" and now a soloist, Jeon Somi may be young, but she is a force to be reckoned with given her bundle of talents.

Besides Jeon Somi's talents as a performer, the "Dumb Dumb" singer had also made waves for her flat stomach and toned physique. So how does Jeon Somi get her flat stomach? Here's what we know about Jeon Somi's workout routine!

Jeon Somi's Workout Routine Revealed

Jeon Somi always had a slim figure, which can be attributed to her amazing genes. But it is also worth noting that before Jeon Somi started her career - even before appearing on JYP Entertainment's show "Sixteen" - she was already living a very active lifestyle, as she practiced taekwondo.

Back when she made her solo debut after promoting as a member of I.O.I, Jeon Somi revealed that she used to weigh around 58kg to 59kg. However, to prepare for her solo debut, she lost a whopping 10kg to become around 48kg to 49kg. Since then, she has been maintaining her weight in that range.

Jeon Somi revealed that she had recently dropped her weight to 46.6kg for her "Dumb Dumb" comeback. To achieve this, she undergoes a strict diet while continuing with her usual activities, such as regularly doing her dance practices - which she spends at least one to two hours on. Dancing alone helps Jeon Somi burn many calories and helps her body slim down and burn fat.

Besides dance practices, Jeon Somi also religiously does pilates almost every day. In fact, many K-Pop idols and actresses swear by pilates as it helps them get lean and form a beautiful physique. Not only that, but pilates is an overall body workout which targets all the muscle groups in your body.

Pilates also rely on core and lower body strength, which helps Jeon Somi achieve her abs and increase her flexibility.

Of course, along with Jeon Somi's workout, she also accompanies it with a diet for better results.

Back when Jeon Somi wanted to lose 10kg, she went on a banana-only diet, which consists of - you guessed it! - just a single banana for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each. With this, she lost 4kg in a week. Take note: This is not a sustainable diet to follow, especially when you are accompanying it with a workout. Jeon Somi said she only does this diet when she wants fast results.

Currently, Jeon Somi says that she is eating whatever she wants.
