Channing Tatum Cuddles With Animals On Photo Shoot Set, Talks About Jenna Dewan And Fatherhood

A video went up today showing Channing Tatum playing with farm animals at a photo shoot set for Vanity Fair.

The alluring yet humorous black-and-white video, shot by photographer Bruce Weber at One Gun Ranch in Malibu, shows Tatum playing a barn-keeper cowboy against traditional western music as he cuddles with a puppy and rides a horse.

In the article the photo shoot is being used for, Tatum talks about his upbringing and his thoughts on being a parent.

"I don't think you can prepare. It's a bit of a freestyle," says the 33-year-old actor about being a parent with his wife Jenna Dewan.

The couple has since confirmed the arrival of their baby daughter, Everly, reports ABC News.

"Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Channing Tatum are thrilled to announce the birth of their daughter, Everly Tatum, who was born on May 31st in London," reads a statement from Tatum's website.

"Who knows what kind of parents we'll be? We have two dogs, so we've had some practice!" said the excited 32-year-old Dewan-Tatum, voicing the family's apparent love for animals.

In talking about fame and growing up, the "Magic Mike" star believes that "whatever age you become famous, you end up staying that age."

"From that point you're not asked to be a normal citizen. I broke through at 24 or 25. I had lived a pretty diverse life. When I was finally making money, I knew exactly what I needed ... $5.67. I'd have one meal a day. I would go to Checkers and get the No. 1 with everything."
