Amanda Bynes kept her promise of getting her nose fixed and underwent surgery on Saturday, but she announced that she is getting another surgery in three weeks, according to TMZ.

"I'm getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I'm awake but under general anesthesia. It's almost perfect," Amanda Bynes told TMZ.

After being asked when she will stop hiding from the paparazzi, Bynes replied saying she'll open up again once her nose "doesn't look so awful in photos."

Amanda Bynes' announcement comes shortly after getting into hot water with well-known drag queen celeb RuPaul for saying "My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous!"

She also told TMZ that Saturday's procedure left her with "no bandage on. It's healing on its own like my doctor asked."

But this isn't the first time Amanda Bynes has mentioned getting a nose job.

"The reason I've asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes," Amanda Bynes said in a Twitter post on May 5.

"I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore!"

The former Nickelodeon star was arrested on May 23rd after she was accused of throwing smoking marijuana in her apartment's lobby and throwing a bong out of her window. She is currently in a legal battle while attempting to drop the charges.
