Stray Kids has officially claimed the "million-seller" title with their second full-length album, "NOEASY," which is now the first-ever JYP album to achieve the feat in history!
On Aug. 23, Stray Kids made their first comeback in 11 months with their new full-length album, titled "NOEASY." It contains a total of 14 songs, with "Thunderous" serving as the title track. Some of the members of the band participated in writing the lyrics or composing all of the songs.
Stray Kids Becomes a Million Seller with "NOEASY," First JYP Album to Hit the Mark
Korean news outlets reported that Stray Kids' "NOEASY" has exceeded the cumulative shipment of 1.1 million copies on the Gaon Chart as of today, Aug. 31.
With this, "NOEASY" has set a record for being the first album produced by JYP Entertainment to obtain the "million-seller" title. This means it is now the best-selling JYP album in history.
Stray Kids' second full-length album has officially surpassed the cumulative sales of J.Y. Park's "Tantara," which sold 830,000 copies.

Moreover, Stray Kids' is the first-ever fourth-generation group to be a million-seller, and so "NOEASY" is now the best-selling album by a fourth-generation group, to date.
If reports will be confirmed, Stray Kids' "NOEASY" would be eligible for a million certification, which will be given by the Gaon Chart.
Previously, "NOEASY" recorded 930,000 pre-orders by the day of its release, predicting an outstanding amount of physical sales.
Based on the album's first-week sales on the Hanteo Chart, Stray Kids' "NOEASY" sold a total of 641,589 copies, which shows an increase of more than 410,000 copies from the combined record of the previous album, "GO LIVE," and the repackaged album "IN LIFE"

Stray Kids' new full-length album even ranked first on the Hanteo's Weekly Album Chart (Aug. 23 to 29) and Gaon's Weekly Retail Album Chart (Aug. 22 to 28).

Stray Kids Enters Spotify Chart + "Thunderous" MV Gains Impressive YouTube Views in Less Than a Week
In other news, Stray Kids is growing their worldwide popularity with their second full-length album "NOEASY" and its title track "Thunderous."
"NOEASY" ranked first on iTunes Album charts in 40 regions including the United States, Spain, Australia, and Germany.
Stray Kids' "Thunderous" topped the iTunes Song charts in 52 countries including Singapore, Australia, Sweden, and Germany, on a cumulative basis until Aug. 24, the day after its release.

"Thunderous" even entered at No. 104 on the Spotify Global Top 200 chart on Aug. 23 and rose to No. 86 on Aug. 24.
In addition to this, Stray Kids' "NOEASY" is now the second-biggest first-week album debut by a Korean act on Spotify this 2021. The album accumulated 40.26 million streams in its first week of release.
On YouTube, the "Thunderous" MV has surpassed 50 million views around 3:45 p.m. KST on Aug. 30, six days after it was uploaded.
As of Aug. 31 at 8:53 a.m. KST, Stray Kids' "Thunderous" MV has more than 51.6 million YouTube views with 2.3 million likes.
