On Aug. 26, pre-orders for BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" started, and fans around the world showed their great interest in the album as thousands of pre-orders were immediately counted.
BLACKPINK Lisa "LALISA" Records the Highest Number of Pre-Orders for a Female K-pop Soloist
According to YG Entertainment on Aug. 31, Lisa's first single album has exceeded 700,000 pre-orders in just four days (as of Aug. 30).
BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" has now set the record for the highest number of pre-orders for a single album by a female K-pop solo artist. With 10 days left until the official release of her solo debut album, the volume of pre-orders is expected to increase further in the coming days.

"LALISA" has surpassed the record set by BLACKPINK Rosé's "R," which attained more than 500,000 stock pre-orders on the day before the album's physical release.
Moreover, Lisa's solo debut album now sits at No. 3 on the Top 5 list of the highest number of pre-orders for albums by K-pop soloists in history.
Pre-orders for BLACKPINK Lisa's first single album poured in from various countries around the world, such as the United States, Korea, China, Japan, as well as regions in Europe and Southeast Asia.

On the daily chart of the online store, Ktown4u, BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" maintained its position at No. 1 for five days in a row since Aug. 26.
The Kit and Vinyl versions of "LALISA" are also ranking inside the Top 10 of the chart, with the Kit version at No. 6 and the Vinyl version at No. 8, as of Aug. 31.
So far, BLACKPINK Lisa's first single album has recorded 220,292 pre-orders on Ktown4u. It is the fastest female album to cross 200,000 pre-orders on the platform, doing so in only three days and 17 hours, just two hours less than the record set by BLACKPINK Rosé's "R" (three days, 19 hours).
Additionally, Lisa's "LALISA" has entered the Top 20 best-selling albums of all time on Ktown4u as of Aug. 30.

In other news, BLACKPINK's first full-length album "THE ALBUM" is receiving continuous support and love from fans across the globe as it remains on various Billboard charts even after months since it was physically released.

"THE ALBUM" claimed the Nos. 63 and 34 spots on the Top Album Sales Chart and Top Current Album Sales Chart, respectively, for the week ending on Aug. 28.
BLACKPINK's "THE ALBUM" has also stayed inside the Top 10 of the Billboard World Album Chart. In the latest rankings, the full-length album ranked seventh.
Apart from "THE ALBUM," the girl group's hit song "How You Like That" is also staying strong on Billboard charts.
For the same week, BLACKPINK's "How You Like That" secured the No. 146 spot on the Billboard Global 200 Excl. US Chart, while it grabbed the No. 22 on the World Digital Song Sales Chart.
