BTS Enters Guinness World Records 2022 Hall of Fame

On September 2, the Guinness World Records announced that BTS has entered their 2022 Hall of Fame, after amassing a whopping 23 Guinness World Records titles, in both music and social media!

The Hall of Fame lists "the world's most iconic Guinness World Records title holders, both past and present," as well as sharing the stories of "some of history's most game-changing and remarkable achievements."

According to Guinness World Records, some of BTS' record titles include being the most streamed group on Spotify, surpassing British rock band, Coldplay's record; being the most followed group on Instagram; and snagging the title for the most Twitter engagements (average retweets) for a music group, which they have broken a total of four times already!

Other records set by the seven-member group are having the most viewed Youtube video in 24 hours by a K-Pop group, having the fastest time to reach a million followers on Tik Tok, having the most viewed music video on Youtube in 24 hours with "Butter," and having the most sold tickets for a livestream concert.
