Following the exclusive report released by Dispatch concerning former AOA members Mina and Jimin, many have rushed to the latter's Instagram post to apologize to her. Keep on reading for all the details.
Dispatch Reveals What Actually Happened Between Former AOA Members Jimin and Mina
On September 8, Dispatch obtained and released some past messages between former AOA members Mina and Jimin. In the past, Mina had accused Jimin of bullying her for ten years while they were promoting together as group mates.
When accusations first came out claiming Jimin had bullied Mina, many had slammed the former for her bad attitude. People had flooded her with malicious comments and claimed that she was a bad leader. The backlash against her got so bad that she ultimately left AOA and resigned from the entertainment industry.

However, Dispatch's report revealed that Mina and Jimin were on good terms prior to the accusations. The two were seen apologizing to each other numerous times in their chatlog, and they were even close enough to be calling each other out of the blue.
Following the accusations, Jimin reached out to Mina once more and apologized sincerely, saying that she was wrong. However, this time, Mina did not accept her apology. So, on July 3, 2020, the AOA members, including Choa, gathered at Mina's home.
According to Mina's account, Jimin did not apologize sincerely and tried to play the victim, which led more people to hate Jimin. However, in Dispatch's report, Jimin is heard apologizing many times and accepting her wrongdoings. On the other hand, Mina refused to apologize to Jimin and only apologized to the other AOA members.
After returning home, Jimin shared an apology to social media, but Mina continued to mention her online. This led to the idol's withdrawal from the entertainment industry. Despite Jimin no longer responding to Mina's messages, the latter continued to send messages from November 2020 to May 2021 to curse at her.

Once Dispatch released their report, many people took to Instagram to apologize for misunderstanding her. In addition, people apologized for hating on her without knowing the entire situation and trusting Mina's words blindly.
People are now hoping that Jimin will make her return to the entertainment industry, whether with AOA or as a soloist. Comments state that they now miss her and will support her wholeheartedly. International fans have also released a hashtag, #we_believe_you_shin_jimin, to show how much they want the former AOA leader to return.
Jimin's last post on Instagram was on July 4, 2020. The post was her apology to Mina and for letting down the fans, as well as her announcing that she was leaving the entertainment industry. Since then, the former idol has not made any new posts nor Instagram Stories. Many are hoping she returns to social media soon.
