Aside from CL, BLACKPINK Rosé became one of the first K-pop idols to be at the yearly and prestigious Met Gala. It is a very huge impact for the two K-pop artists. Met Gala's guest list is as always exclusive and it only presents top designers, celebrities, and models from all over the world.
BLACKPINK Rosé slayed in her 2021 Met Gala dress
This year's event commemorated American Freedom. All the celebrities have their own interpretation of the theme. With this, Rosé wore a black and white mini with a stocky but sophisticated silver and black diamond flower choker in the event.
Looking at the outfit, fashion enthusiasts believe that it is reminiscent of the early 1900s. Particularly, enthusiasts seemed to think that it featured the style from the 1960s with the simple designs and a statement jewelry.
This is not the first time that Rosé has been seen wearing this outfit. For some, YSL is popular with consistency.
Also in the September issue of ELLE Korea, Rosé wore the same style. A lot noticed it is the similar outfit that Zendaya wore in the cover of Vogue in October.

BLACKPINK Rosé named one of the Best-Dressed for the 2021 Met Gala After-Party
On September 15, Vogue Australia named the Best Met Gala 2021 after-party outfits. Among the 16 chosen participants, Rosé made the cut, placing at the fourth spot. She made the list along with celebrities Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Lorde.
BLACKPINK Rosé slayed her sophisticated outfit during the day. She then changed her look later that day for the 2021 Met Gala after-party. As it was anticipated, the On The Ground showed she can execute two different looks in the same day.
After a fairly formal look, BLACKPINK Rosé channeled a more laid-back outfit but also oozed style. In the past, fans have loved seeing the idol channel her inner rock goddess, and this outfit seemed to do just that.
BLACKPINK Rosé paired a simple black vest top with an identical blazer and shorts ensemble with a similar choker. She then paired it with a pair of pointed heels which radiated a combo of a rock chick, a businesswoman who is badass, and a whole lot more.

During the 2021 Met Gala after-party, BLACKPINK Rosé interacted with different celebrities and took selfies with them. She then posted the pictures on her official Instagram account.
Aside from that, BLACKPINK Rosé also stood out with her OOTN (outfit of the night) that is why she is named one of the best-dressed by Vogue Australia.
