The series revolves around five doctors in their 40s who have been friends since they entered medical school in 1999, as they work together in the same hospital and go on adventures that involve medicine, relationships, and music.

In particular, the leading lady of the series, Jeon Mi Do, gained both domestic and international recognition for her role as Chae Song Hwa, an associate professor of neurosurgery and the only female in the group.

Jeon Mi Do also provided backing vocals for the drama version of the energetic song, "Oh! What a Shiny Night," which featured co-star Jo Jung Suk as the lead singer.

Although "Canon" did not feature any vocals from the cast, Jeon Mi Do, Jo Jung Suk, Yoo Yeon Seok, Jung Kyung Ho, and Kim Dae Myung showed off their talents in playing instruments with their very own rendition of the popular classical music by Johann Pachelbel.
4. 'Me to You, You to Me'
For the final OST of the first season, Mido and Falasol - the cast's band name - gave a beautiful remake of the 2001 track "Me to You, You to Me," from the folk band Jatanpung. The song, which expresses the lead characters' friendship and love for each other, also topped real-time charts on Bugs, Genie, and Soribada, while taking No. 7 on MelOn.

5. 'Butterfly'
For the second season, Jeon Mi Do also sang the energetic song "Butterfly." Just like its title, the song tells its listeners to spread their wings and fly high in the sky, and to listen to their heart despite the obstacles they may face.
