(G)I-DLE Shuhua is the visual of the group and is often regarded as one of the prettiest idols from the fourth generation of K-pop. If you have ever wondered how to get a physique like the idol, then keep on reading!
(G)I-DLE Shuhua Workout
During a live stream, Shuhua revealed that she was taking pilates! This form of exercise has been a favorite for female K-pop idols, and it is not hard to see why.
Pilates focuses on flexibility and a low-impact form of workout. It promotes muscular strength, postural alignment, muscle balance, and endurance movements.
Pilates can help the body look slim and lean, as well as make you extra flexible.
As a dancer, this workout is ideal since it promotes endurance and flexibility. A lot of female idols take pilates to tone their body, giving them 11-abs and a flat stomach!

Of course, as a K-pop idol, Shuhua is also dancing constantly. When the group is not promoting, most K-pop idols will practice their dancing for two hours for five to six days a week to keep up their fitness and remember the group choreography.
However, during a group's promotional period, most K-pop idols will be in the dance studio dancing for nine to ten hours a day, five days a week. Now that's a workout!
(G)I-DLE Shuhua Diet
Back in June 2020, (G)I-DLE member Shuhua went on a live stream. There, she discussed her new diet, which was given to her by her Pilates instructor. Her diet has received mixed reviews, so if you are planning to go on the same diet as Shuhua, please consult a nutritionist or a health professional first
For breakfast, Shuhua eats one apple and one low-fat yogurt. For lunch, the (G)I-DLE member eats one serving of brown rice with kimchi.
In addition, she said that she eats various side dishes, such as beans with her rice.
Finally, for dinner, Shuhua eats one sweet potato along with one serving of chicken breast.

Shuhua's diet does not include any snacks. Other rules she has in her diet include no fried foods, salty foods, or oily foods. Dishes such as stews and soups are also not allowed in her diet. Additionally, Shuhua was instructed by her pilates teacher to avoid eating food on the go or eating snacks late at night. While Shuhua is not fond of the latter rules, she does her best to abide by them!
Shuhua has asked fans if they wanted to try this new diet alongside her by doing the live stream. As a result, some Neverlands (fans of (G)I-DLE) have embarked on this weight loss journey with the idol.
However, we must reiterate that it is best to consult with a diet professional before suddenly changing diets!
