Bvlgari CEO Shares Update on BLACKPINK Lisa

On October 10, Bvlgari CEO Jc Babin shared a photo of BLACKPINK member Lisa to his Instagram. In the post, he shared a snapshot of Lisa from her photoshoot with Harper's Bazaar Thailand. In the caption, he revealed how proud he is to partner with Lisa. What surprised people was when he announced that he would see Lisa in Rome soon to review Bvlgari's jewelry projects for 2022 and 2023.

He added that the LALISA songstress will be welcomed like a Queen by Bvlgari in the "Eternal City."

This post by JC Babin has drawn positive reactions from BLACKPINK supporters. Previously, JC Babin had revealed that despite Lisa being in Europe, she would not be attending Bvulgari's events in Milano, Italy, and would not be able to shoot for the brand's global campaign. The reason is that her label, YG Entertainment, does not want her to attend any events due to COVID-19.

Following this reveal, BLACKPINK supporters, specifically those who support Lisa, took to Twitter to trend the hashtag #YGLetlisaDoHerWork. Nearly 6 million tweets on Twitter were used with the said hashtag. Other phrases that trended include "Justice for Lisa" and "LISA DESERVES BETTER."

Many believe that YG Entertainment allowed Lisa to embark on solo activities in Europe due to the uproar on social media. People are happy that the actions of Bvlgari's CEO and the BLINKs nonstop tweets had moved the company to allow Lisa to carry out schedules in Europe.

Although it is still unknown when Lisa's schedule in Rome, Italy, will take place, many are taking this as a sign that YG Entertainment will not try to limit Lisa's activities.
