Big Hit Music is currently in hot water as ARMYs express their disappointment with the quality of BTS's "Butter" cassette they have received.
Big Hit Music Under Fire for Poor Quality of BTS's "Butter" Cassette
In May, Weverse Shop announced the release of the Vinyl and Cassette versions of BTS's "Butter." The products are available for only a limited time, and so fans didn't waste time purchasing them.
The BTS's "Butter" cassette features the song on both sides, while the vinyl single is one-sided.

The delivery of the two "Butter" versions was delayed by about five months, but BTS's fans were willing to wait for the merchandise. However, their waiting seemed to have not been worth it as many ARMYs are expressing their dissatisfaction with the item.
Some fans are currently protesting on social media, stating that the appearance of BTS's "Butter" cassette that was uploaded to Weverse Shop's Twitter account was completely different from the actual product.
In the photo Big Hit Music shared on Weverse Shop's Twitter account, the color of the cassette is slightly dark ivory instead of white. But, the actual cassette that fans received was close to white.
In addition to the color, the quality of the "Butter" logo, which should be clearly printed on the cassette and black in color, was another disappointing aspect. The logo was not only blurred but was also gray-colored.
On the description section of BTS's "Butter" cassette on Weverse, it was confirmed that there was no notice that the product could be different from the actual item.
