SEVENTEEN DK is Officially a Landlord — Purchases $5+ Million Building in Sinsa-dong
According to an exclusive report released by Maeil Kyungjae on November 2, SEVENTEEN member DK purchased a five-story building in Gangnam's luxurious Sinsa-dong area for 6.80 billion KRW. This is equivalent to $5.78 million. The building was built in 2012 and is known for its beautiful exterior design. The building is near Apgujeong Station.
DK first made the purchase on August 13, 2021, and paid off the remaining balance on October 29, 2021. In order to purchase the building, the SEVENTEEN member established his own business, Road K, which he owns 100% of the stakes. The building is under the corporation's title.
According to the report, the company established a loan to purchase the building and quickly paid off the remaining balance. They noted that the area the bulding is in is a high-demand location.

The building is stationed in a mainly residential area. However, due to the expansion of the commercial district, the demand for more buildings and offices in the area is increasing.
DK most likely saw this ideal opportunity for an investment, which led to the eventual purchase of the building.
DK is the first member of SEVENTEEN to purchase a building.
Congratulations, DK!
