TWICE Performs 'SCIENTIST' on 'MTV Fresh Out,' Features 'Break It' Concept
On the morning of November 13 (KST), TWICE appeared on the popular American music program "MTV Fresh Out Live." They presented the full choreography of their new song, "SCIENTIST," and they fascinated the viewers all over the world. The girls gave a pleasant energy by generously exuding a lovely charm.
TWICE made a comeback with the release of their third full-length album "Formula of Love: O+T=<3" and the title song "SCIENTIST" at 12 noon on November 12. Their new full-length album, which will be released in almost a year since their 2nd full-length album, "Eyes Wide Open" last October 2020, caught a lot of attention from the viewers.
The album has 17 songs, including the group's first unit song, English version track, fan song, and songs that members participated in composing. The girls worked hard for a long time and prepared everything, they attended meetings during the planning process and presented their opinions directly.

TWICE completed a new popular formula and proved its growth. Last November 11, the new album exceeded 700,000 pre-orders and set a new record by having over 200,000 copies than the previous mini-album "Taste of Love."
The title song "SCIENTIST" expresses TWICE's unique formula with its witty lyrics like "Why do you keep studying me, not Einstein, and why not sin and cos like that?"

TWICE Reveals the 'Formula of Love' with 'SCIENTIST' MV
The music video of their title song "SCIENTIST" gains popularity because it is fun to watch with its unique concept, different visuals, and on point choreography.
It features the girls as they study about love, then they come to a conclusion that "love is uncomplicated and clear" in a bright and cute laboratory.
Particularly, Chaeyoung's part where she transforms from Einstein to Frankenstein receives a lot of warm responses from the fans.
The TWICE members held a comeback live on November 12, they talked about their preparations for the comeback and introduced some choreography. They also bonded with ONCEs (TWICE's fandom name) as they waited for the music video's premiere.
They also revealed the meaning behind the album name which comprises the initials of ONCE (O) and TWICE (T) which means that when both come together there will be love (<3).
The girls said that they prepared everything for the ONCEs so that they had something fun to listen to. The latest album is TWICE's gift to all the supportive fans all over the world.
As part of promotional activities for TWICE's new full-length album "Formula of Love: O+T=<3," the girls will appear on different music shows starting on MBC's "Show! Music Core" on November 13 and SBS' "Inkigayo" on November 14 which will herald the girl group's comeback.
