The members of Billlie, the first girl group under Mystic Story, revealed how each one of them came to this path wherein they desired to debut as a K-pop idol.
Billlie Members Moon Sua, Soohyun and Siyoon Unveil Why They Chose to Debut as a K-pop Idol
On Nov. 20, the Korean news outlet News 1 released an article covering the interview they had with Billlie recently.
One of the questions given to the new girl group is, "How did each of you come to this path in which your dream is to become a K-pop idol?"

The first one to answer is Billlie Siyoon, the main rapper and lead dancer of the band. She shared that when she was only four years old, she once appeared on SBS's "Star King" as part of the Baby Wonder Girls or Little Wonder Girls.
Kim Siyoon continued, "At that time, the PD (producing director) asked if I would like to go to an academy, so I agreed and started learning how to sing and dance and it was fun."
She then said that her first audition to a company was in her second year of middle school and eventually she became a trainee at an agency, which is Mystic Story. Billlie Siyoon concluded, "I think it is fate. After that, I was selected at the beginning of last year as one of the trainees who will debut. It took me about three years to train."

Billlie Soohyun was the next to answer. She stated, "In 2014, when I was in middle school, I auditioned and passed Mystic Story. It was the first time that I was accepted as a trainee at a company." She then unveiled that she trained for about seven years before making her debut.
Billlie Moon Sua was the next to share her journey to becoming a K-pop idol. She said that she started as a trainee when she was in elementary school. She added, "There was a time two years ago when I was constantly practicing and there was a time when I was contemplating whether or not to continue on this path."
"Fortunately, I passed the training program and joined the debut lineup. I was a trainee for about 12 years," Moon Sua revealed.

As for Tsuki, she said that the reason why she chose the path wherein she dreamt of becoming a K-pop idol is that she likes K-pop. "I was a trainee in other places. After training for about five years, I have finally become a member of Billlie."
Billlie Tsuki went on to say that she came to Korea when she was 14 years old and she experienced some difficulties in the beginning due to cultural differences but she ultimately adapted to her new surroundings.

Meanwhile, Billlie Haram said that she had experienced as an apprentice in the past. "After experiencing the bitter taste in the college entrance exam, I thought of trying to debut in a girl group for the last time. When I heard that news that Mystic Story was preparing a group, I applied," the singer added.
Haram further said that at the time she auditioned for Mystic Story, she was desperate of becoming a K-pop idol. She then trained for about a year before making her debut.
Finally, Billlie Haruna shared, "I saw a video of a K-pop idol and thought it was cool, so I had a new dream and that is to be like her. Thankfully, I was able to debut as a Billlie member.
Billlie officially became an idol after releasing their first mini-album "the Billage of perception: chapter one" on Nov. 10. Watch the music video for the title song "RING X RING" here!
