BTS Members Talk about Their 'Permission to Dance on Stage' LA Concert Day 1 during a Recent Global Press Conference

During a recent global press conference held prior to BTS's "Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 2, the boy group talked about meeting the fans in person for the first time in two years on the first day of their LA concert.

On Nov. 28 at 2 p.m. local time, BTS held a press conference at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, USA to talk about their "Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 1, win at the 2021 American Music Awards, their nomination at the 2022 Grammy and more.

During the conference, the BTS members were asked to share their thoughts regarding holding "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage," their first concert with actual people in the audience.

BTS V said that he felt good about holding a concert in two years. He added that it was difficult for them to not have the normal life of meeting the fans in person over the past two years. "So, we have been looking forward to our concert and preparing a lot for it," he said.

V went on to say that he is excited about their LA concert and that he wants to give positive energy to the ARMYs during the event.

BTS Suga commented on "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 1, which was held on Nov. 27 local time. He said, "It's our first in-person concert in two years since the pandemic started and I was excited as well. While performing yesterday, I wondered if it was just a dream. I was very nervous."

In addition to Suga's statement, J-Hope said, "I practiced really hard to show bright energy to the fans." He continued that he heard a lot of Korean fans, as well as American fans, came to "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" Day 1 since it was their first offline concert after a long time.

Later on, Jimin talked about how the BTS members were nervous on the first day of their LA concert. He stated, "We were very nervous because it was the first time in two that we will meet the fans in person so, we practiced a lot to avoid making a mistake."

Meanwhile, BTS Jin shared a behind-the-scenes moment before the septet went up the stage. He revealed, "Before we went up the stage, we were saying that we might cry while singing our first song 'ON' if we saw the audience. But, no one cried."

On the evening of Nov. 28 (local time), BTS will resume their "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage" concert at SoFi Stadium. It will start at 7:30 p.m. PST (10:30 p.m. ET / 12:30 p.m. KST).

BTS Meets Up with Anderson .Paak after 'Permission to Dance on Stage - LA' Day 1

After BTS' LA concert on Nov. 27 (local time), the boy group met up with American Artist Anderson .Paak and his song. The septet took to their official Twitter account to share their meeting.

In the image, the BTS members can be seen holding copies of Silk Sonic's album "An Evening with Silk Sonic." Silk Sonic is an R&B duo made up of Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars.

Anderson .Paak also shared pictures of his meeting with BTS as well as videos, one of which where he sings his and Bruno Mars's hit song "Leave the Door Open" alongside the boy group.
