Sonamoo is one of the K-pop groups which members filed lawsuits against its company TS Entertainment for violating their exclusive contracts. They debuted in 2014 and unofficially disbanded five years later. Want to know where the members are now? Then, continue reading!
About TS Entertainment's Girl Group Sonamoo
Sonamoo was the second girl group to debut under TS Entertainment following Secret. Consisting of seven members, the band released their first EP "Déjà Vu" in December 2014. The septet made their first comeback in February 2015 with the single "Just Go" from "Déjà Vu."
After releasing more albums and singles until November 2017, Sonamoo went on an indefinite hiatus for nearly two years. It was later revealed in September 2019 that members Sumin and Nahyun filed lawsuits in May of the same year asking to terminate their contracts with TS Entertainment.
On Sept. 23, the company announced that the two members suddenly "cut contact" with them and their group. The label added that Sonamoo would continue as a five-member band.

However, Sonamoo didn't return as a quintet after that as TS Entertainment privately shut down and deleted its website in January this year, suggesting that they will no longer operate and leaving the fate of the girl group uncertain.
Then, this past September, four more members of the band were confirmed to have left TS Entertainment, ultimately ending the activities of the group.
Since the majority of the Sonamoo members have parted ways with the agency, where could they be at this moment?
