MAMAMOO Hwasa's Tracks from 'Guilty Pleasure' Album Enters Billboard and Other Major Music Charts
According to the latest rankings released by Billboard for their World Digital Song Sales chart, Hwasa's latest song releases "I'm a B" and B-side "Bless U" from her second single album "Guilty Pleasure," has simultaneously entered the chart within the Top 10.
Billboard revealed that Hwasa's song "I'm a B" had landed at No. 7 on the World Digital Song Sales chart, while "Bless U" took the No. 10 spot.
Not only did Hwasa land high on the charts, but this also marks her as the first female Korean solo artist to have two of her songs within the Top 10 of the World Digital Song Sales chart at the same time.
Since her debut as a solo artist back in 2019, Hwasa has continued to show her growing popularity and influence in the global market.
In fact, all of the title songs from her previous releases - "Twit," "Maria," and now "I'm a B," have entered within the Top 10 on the World Digital Song Sales chart by Billboard.

Since the release of her new album "Guilty Pleasure" back on November 24, Hwasa has also been seeing success on domestic and other international music charts.
In South Korea, "I'm a B" topped major domestic charts, as well as the daily charts of China's largest music platform, QQ Music.
"I'm a B" also entered within the Top 10 of iTunes Top Song charts in 19 different countries and regions around the world, including Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Belarus, Lithuania, Colombia, and Singapore.

"Guilty Pleasure," which contains a total of three songs: "FOMO," "I'm a B," and "Bless U," was also well received by foreign media outlets.
British magazine NME praised the album, saying, "Thrillingly, though, in her concessions to the shadows, it also adds more dimensions to her artistry and elevates her to new levels of brilliance."
Meanwhile, "Guilty Pleasure" is an album that unravels the desire to understand oneself, who is neglected the more one seeks perfection.

The title track, "I'm a B," was written by Hwasa herself and features a trendy sound, a highly addictive hook, and Hwasa's signature groovy voice.
The album's B-side, "Bless U," contains the lyrics of trying to break free from a painful heartbreak while sincerely blessing the other person. The song features hip-hop elements and guitar riff sounds.
