The event was a complete success, however, when the photos from the showcase were released through different media outlets, EVERGLOW's fans were unhappy. The reason is that IVE's greeting is quite similar to that of EVERGLOW, who debuted first.

In particular, both girl groups show three fingers on the right hand and place them close to their eyes.

As the competition between idol groups intensifies, many artists are trying to show off their own unique greeting methods. However, since there are limits to hand gestures, there have been many instances in which singers end up having the same greeting to the public.

One example of this is in 2017 when the male group One For You was accused of having a similar greeting to Red Velvet.
